show Abstracthide AbstractIn this study, the main pathogenic bacteria of garlic sprouts were identified as Fusarium acuminatum by morphological and molecular biology methods, and then the inhibitory effect of carvacrol on Fusarium acuminearum was explored by antibacterial experiments, and the microscopic morphological changes of carvacrol after treatment were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the specific mechanism of carvacrol inhibition of Fusarium acuminearum was deeply explored by combining transcriptomics and proteomic analysis.
